          • I just started cleaning up my credit and I have a monitoring service with them should cancel it ? And second since their stock is cheap and I'm new to investing should I purchase and hold ?

              Since they are now offering credit monitoring for free for a year, I would cancel. Or move to another service like myidcare.com that is not powered by Equifax and offers you critical insurance and recovery services in addition to credit monitoring.

          • I already emailed the attorneys who filed the class action suit. I've been a victim of identity theft several times and I've had enough it's impossible to clear!

            • Equifax should be sued out of business. Equifax: 1. did not keep their open software updated as is basic IT. 2. did not encrypt the data in their DBMS, which if generally a setting in Oracle. This is not a simple mistake. This is major negligence. This is a planned disaster.
